End-to-end encrypted messaging protocol for Algorand
I want two people to send encrypted notes on Algorand payments, readable only by them, without a mailbox or extra router. New identities can be Falcon-1024. The chain still sees who talked to whom, and I would rather say that out loud than pretend otherwise.
